Jane G. Chung
Ewha Womans University (B.A., 1982), UCLA (Accounting, 1986),
Abraham Lincoln University
(J.D., Magna Cum Laude, 2000). Ms. Chung is admitted to the Supreme Court
of California and U.S. District Court - Central District of California. She
is member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and
Immigration Section of Los Angeles County Bar. She is also a licensed Real
Estate Broker and Notary Public. Ms. Chung has over 20 years experience in
immigration, family, criminal, and civil litigation law.

Chris F. Duran
California State
University, Long
Beach (B.A., 1974), Peoples
College of Law (J.D.,
1980). Mr. Duran is admitted to the Supreme Court of California, the U.S.
District Court - Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals
- Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has over 25
years of experience in immigration, criminal and civil litigation law. He
specializes in removal/deportation proceedings and various waivers of
inadmissibility. Mr. Duran is also fluent in Spanish.
James B. Kropff
Mr. Kropff earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1980 achieving Dean's List honors every semester and he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from San Diego State University in 1977. After attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Kropff clerked for Hon. Dickran M. Tevrizian, Jr. and later enjoyed a 20-year civil litigation practice at Girardi & Keese.
In the past twenty-eight years, Mr. Kropff has recovered tens of millions of dollars in judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients. He has achieved particular success in his representation of consumers, businesses and policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. Among others, Mr. Kropff represented hundreds of homeowners, homeowner's associations and businesses in cases arising out of the San Bernardino and San Diego Wildfires and the 1994 Northridge earthquake.
Mr. Kropff's select group of clients has included federal and state court judges, prominent attorneys, politicians, celebrities, businesses, consumers and victims of corporate greed. He has handled cases in a variety of other matters including business disputes, personal injury, securities litigation, attorney and medical malpractice, intellectual property, employment law and class action litigation.
Mr. Kropff practices before all California State Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Courts in California. His representation in appeals has resulted in dozens of published opinions. He is a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
Richard H. Bitters
B.A. in Cal State Los Angeles, 1970. Admitted in California State Bar, 1976. Over 30 years of experience in criminal defense court and jury trials in handling of state and federal cases: DUI cases, drug cases, sex offenses, homicide cases, fraud and theft, juvenile cases, and OMU hearings. Admitted from United States District Courts - Central, Northern, Eastern, Southern Districts, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Member in California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Charles E. Lozano
California State University, Northridge (B.A., 1992),
Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1999). Mr. Lozano is admitted to the Supreme Court of
California. He specializes in
family and criminal law including trials and Orders To Show Cause for
dissolution of marriage, domestic violence restraining orders, DUI, warrant
violations, jury trials and appeals. He has worked for the Cochran
Firm and the Los Angeles District Attorney's office.

Grace Cho
University of California, Los Angeles (Biochemistry, B.S. 2000), Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 2006). Ms. Cho is admitted to the Supreme Court of California and U.S. District Court - Central District Court of California. Ms. Cho has experience in immigration, criminal, civil and family law.

Sunyoung Hur
Yonsei University (B. A. in Mass Communication, 1990), Yonsei University (M. A. in Sociology, 1993), Indiana University- Bloomington (J.D., 2004). Ms. Hur is admitted to the state bar of California and the state bar of Illinois. She is also a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association and Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County. Before going to law school, Ms. Hur had worked for a nation-wide cable TV in Korea as a program director. She specializes in immigration law and is fluent in Korean.

Jean Kwon
Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (Spanish, B.A., 1990), San Fernando Valley College of Law (J.D. 2002, CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Uniform Commercial Code-Survey in Fall 2001, and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure II in Spring 2000). Ms. Kwon has experience in Sexually Violent Predator ("SVP") cases, criminal law, civil law, family law, and appeals in criminal law.
